Gamerpic flashing?

Hello,

I recently recovered my second account to my new xbox 360. When I press the xbox guide button, the gamerpic is flashing on the top?

Can anyone help me with this?

I have deleted and re recovered the profile and cleared system cache but it still happens.

Any help is appreciated.

I take it this only started happening since you changed regions?

Could you try a few things please.

-

On your console  go to settings/ system/ network settings, select your wired or wireless connection, configure network, additional settings, restore to factory defaults.

-

Remove the mains power from your modem/router for five minutes. Power the console off. Power up your modem/router and once you have an Internet connection power the console on and set up your connection on the console again.

-

If you still get the flashing gamerpic after doing this I'm not sure where to go next to be honest. It does seem that the flashing stops when the console isn't connected to live, so that would to me at least indicate either a connection issue or a problem caused by changing regions and the data isn't getting pulled off the live servers correctly maybe?

-

Maybe try deleting the profile again, clear the system cache three times one after the other, power the console off and back on and download the profile again.

-

There are some other things that may seem a little way off but sometimes work, on the console go to settings/ system/ storage. Select your storage device and look for System Items, in there you will find Content Cache and/or Marketplace System Data. If you have one or both of those then delete those, restart the console and see how things go.

It may just resolve itself in time, there's not really a lot else left that you can try yourself. Unless of course someone else drops by with something. Sorry my suggestions didn't work out but they're all I had.
