You're still showing five stars, so all seems okay.

A few bad reports won't necessarily lower your rating, especially if you play online a lot without people rating you badly.

There's no way to remove rep but,as the others have said,i really wouldn't worry about it.The rep system is broken on the 360 & open to abuse by sore losers

Just as Maxen13 said, you are still showing five stars on your profile, and that is a good thing.

Gamer reputation on Xbox Live works like this..

You start on a new profile with 3 stars. The more you play, the more your rep goes up as long as people do not file bad player reviews on you, good reviews can up your rep, but they are not required as an exptended period of time without extensive negative reviews will up it as well. Just a few reviews will not effect your reputation, as well. Microsoft knows that people rage and will file a bad report if you are too good, and sometimes for choices that do reduce your rep. and it is not weighted as much as you think.

Not entirely true, your stars tends to go up faster if someone gives you negative rep, like i said, the rep system on the 360 is broken.

I agree with daft badger, I have personally owned a few accounts and my rep stars seemed to climb faster with bad reviews rather than good.

Again, this thread is a year old.  Odds are the OP has already resolved their problem.
