Game History and GS suddenly wiped to 0???

Does anyone know what could be the issue...Yesterday i started up a game and saw my GS at 0, and when i scroll over to achievements for my games they are all there, but when i select a game its as if none have been earned..I tried re downloading profile and clearing cache, but nothing..also if i start up my games the achievements will update, but GS is still 0, but if i download profile again achievements are blank again...Now as for xbox.com, everything looks fine w/ the exception of my recent history, the only ones showing are those with beacons, if i remove that they will disappear, my all games played and chievos are there if i select all activity..

Ok update, i tried this morning to try and earn a new achievement on one of my games, well that brought back my GS, but the achievements earned on all others are still blank, and the recent played games on xbox.com is not updating, only my beacon games are showing...any clues to as what is going on...Support found no issues with my account when i called last night

Fix and Work to 100%

1.Go to your Xbox.com Site.

2.Click on "My Account"

3.Click now on Xbox 360 Profile Protection

4.Click on the Green "Reguire Profile Download" Button

5.Now go to your Xbox

6.Sign Out your Profile

7.Clear the Systemcach

8.Delete your Profile - U can try two ways. 1. Delete only your Profile or Delete your Profile and Items.

(I only delete my Profile )

9.Recover your Profile

10.U are Done :)

You could try Clearing the Memory Cache of your harddrive in the Settings tab and then deleting your Profile Only and then Recover it. Solutions like this have been known to solve Profile delays. It will not affect anything, so could be worth a try. You could also try waiting it out for a few days to see if it fixes itself.

Be sure to report back to us if Xbox Support via the Phone Line have any solutions to share, so we can provide this information to future people who may become affected by this.

Nope i am good there, never did anything to deserve that..Support also verified my account was in good standing, and this was ruled out

Hello ,

maybe you have been labeled as a 'Cheater',only in such situations GS is reset.

Im not telling that you cheated,but check your profile if it says so.

I just got off the phone with support and was told about a few cases already being reported, and the girl who helped me also was having issues with her recently played games not showing...I am supposed to call back in 24 hours if it still is not fixed, so they can escalate the issue even more

you could try deleting your xbox live profile.  PROFILE ONLY (it will ask if you want to delete the items accociated with the account and you don't want to do this.)  And then re-downloading it.  But you have to know your live login information such as email and password.
