Frequent Disconnecting from Xbox Live

Hello, I've tried every solution I could think of.  My network seems to go down when my Xbox and a Laptop is being used simultaneously, like they are kicking each other off the network and bringing it down with them.

I've enabled uPnP, Portforwarded a bunch of recommended ports, set up a DMZ server,  set up a manual IP for the xbox....I feel like I've done a lot more with this.

This is my internet speed http://www.speedtest.net/result/1477152132.png it's definitely not that.

The game i play is NHL 11 and NHL 12. I don't have any other games. So if there are specific ports needed for EA servers, that could be a solution. I just have absolutely no ideas on how to fix this, I am absolutely BURNT out.

If you have the time to chat on msn, my e-mail is *** Email address is removed for privacy *** if not, a post below is just as helpful, thank you.

And what about the ip address you have given your xbox? It could well be the laptop getting the same ip address as well and causing the issue

Ok, first of all do this:- www.unofficialguidetolive.co.uk/.../174-motorola-surfboard-sbg6580-high-ping-packet-loss

Also set your Xbox ip address back to auto (and your PC's if you had that as a static as well) and use this to reserve an ip address instead of using a manual one:-

screenshots.portforward.com/.../Basic_DHCP.htm

You can enter the mac address of your Xbox  www.unofficialguidetolive.co.uk/.../64-where-do-i-find-my-xbox-mac-address and reserve it an ip address that way

Also you are over configuring your router, UPnP, DMZ, Portforwarding all do the same thing for the Xbox, you should only use one of those and turn off the others. Try just UPnP on its own with no DMZ and no forwarding.

Make the changes above and power off and on the modem and see how that goes

So I should make a new manual IP address for my xbox and put it in the DHCP Clients - Reserve New IP Adress section?

Yep make it 192.168.0.100 for example. If your PC is already set to "Obtain an ip address automatically...." just leave your PC as it is.

Once your reserved an ip address for the Xbox in DHCP, set your Xbox ip address on the Xbox itself to "auto"

So your just running UPnP on now, no dmz no porforwarding and you restarted the router? What if you keep the laptop off as a test does it still disconnect? Also please run www.speedtest.net and www.pingtest.net and post the resulting image links

Yes, the only settings that are modified are the ones you told me to do, because I restored default settings. and speedtest's results are above in the 1st post. but I actually haven't disconnected since the last time I posted, so we'll see if it continues to do well.
