Free month of Live

Got a message from Live yesterday basically saying that they were sorry for the problem they had with Cloud and that they were giving me a free month of Live that was added automatically to my account. I don't even use Cloud so that was a bonus. Anyone else got this?

I wonder how they determine who was affected?  Perhaps it didn't affect all accounts either.

Yup, got it as well.  I believe this has to do with a Cloud Storage access issue that happened a few months back.  Anyone affected if being compensated.

While I use Cloud Storage, I wasn't playing at that time and wasn't affected, but I'm not knocking a free month of Xbox LIVE.


That was nice of them.
