Fraudulent purchase of 10,000 MS Points.

I got two e-mails a little over an hour ago stating that I have purchased 4,000 and 6,000 points for a total of 10,000 MS points.  I never authorized this transaction, and no one had access to my xbox at the time, and I've never given my account information anyone else.  I hastily removed the credit card that was used to make this transaction from my account.  What can I do about this?

Support via phone is closed at this hour.  Is there anything else I should try to do as I wait for them to open?  I've changed my password to my e-mail connected to the account as well as my actual xbox live account password already.

Well you can review the purchases, as well as what the points were spent on, at https://billing.microsoft.com, in case it lends any clues as to who may have made the purchases, but for anything billing related you'll have to contact supoprt by phone when the lines open.
