I cant change anything to do with billing information, and i cant go on the xbox website, as it says there is a glitch in the system, p.s im for united kindom if that helps

Hi,

Try to visit the alternative billing site here. This is more than likely happening because you have an expired/invalid payment method on file in conjunction with automatic renewal. You'll need to add a new payment method and pay any balance that's there and then remove the invalid payment method.

If you're unable to do so on the alternative billing site then please contact phone support and speak with a billing agent. You can do so by visiting this page here
