you can visit http://account.live.com and under the sign in button, click can't access your account and it will walk you through a password reset for your account. once you reset that password, turn
your xbox on and use that new password to sign in. if that doesn't work for you, or you are unable to access that email address when doing the reset, there is an option that says i'm unable to use any of these options, it will have you fill in some information
and if it pleases the system, it will get you a password reset to an alternate email address that you provide when filling out that form. if you are still confused or lost at that point, definately contact xbox support at 1-800-4MY-XBOX, but remember, they
cannot provide a password reset over the phone, only assist you with various options to reset your password or get back into your account.
