forced gamertag change?

I was playing battlefield 4 with my friend in a party. as we were playing a gamertage by the name of "incomplete" (is that an xbox admin?) sent me a message saying enjoy the ban. I then asked what? and then asked what the problem was? no response. after about 10 minutes I was randomly signed off and given a very horrible gamertag I do not want. now I must pay for a new gamer tag. I find this highly unacceptable and if there was a problem with my gamertag why was I not told so and allowed a free pass to change it to something more appropriate. I would very much like this solved

You were forced to change your gamertag because your gamertag must have violated the code of conduct, you were told so and made aware by the forced gamertag change. As far as the person sending you the message, I think it was just a coincidence that he sent that. Was he playing BF4 with you?

That doesn't sound like something an Xbox administrator would do. "Enjoy the ban" seems more like something a person reporting you would say. If you had an inappropriate Gamertag and he reported it, it is likely that it was changed by Xbox Staff for not following the Code of Conduct. Just follow the rules and read the code of conduct when choosing a name. Not much else can be said.

fecal flapjack. look I understand it says poop and it childish. I was going for funny. I did look at the code of conduct and I do not see one that would apply. offensive? but even then that's a reach because I promise you I have seen way worse while playing xbox.

excuse me not much else can be said? what if peoples gamertags do not violate conduct? then you forcibly charge money? in America that is called a scam

I already did and I had rude customer service as you can see above. he said nothing else can be said. if I said that at the bank I work at to a customer I would be fired. I am very unhappy with how this is handled

Your opinion about whether or not the Code of Conduct applies isn't really relevant, the opinion of the PET matters.  They think it violates the code, so it does.
