Only thing I could think of is that it's your Television. It could be going out, or you have settings messed up, check them.
Another thing, it could be your cords, they might be coming out, not tight enough, etc. Check your cords.
I don't think it's your Xbox, so don't worry about that.

I got a new HDTV on the 1st, and exchanged it because I thought it was the problem, still having the problem with my new tv. Already tried two different chords out on it
