fix for error 80151011 (profile download issue)

Step One- First clear
system cache

Go to;

System settings

then Storage

highlight Hard Drive

press “Y” for device options

then go to system cache clear and confirm.

 

Step Two- Check
all folders for corrupted data

Go to;

System settings

then Storage

then go to All Devices

And last but not least go through ever single folder and
delete all “Corrupted Data”.

 

If this doesn’t work,
you need to call Xbox live tech support.

Hey TruG79! Glad to hear it fixed your profile issue! Just in case anyone else stops by here I want to add a few more steps that they can try:

  1.  Update your security proofs following the steps in our support article Get help with your Microsoft security proofs
  2. Move your profile and recover it! (Download, move or delete your Xbox LIVE profile)
  3. Restart your console
  4. Clear system updates by going to Settings > Storage and doing the following sequence LB,RB,X,LB,RB,X
