Faulty power suppy!!!

Called xbox support today as my power supply is faulty. My xbox is under warranty. Was told i need to send back the faulty power supply before i'd recieve a new one!!!!! In the meantime i will not be refunded for my xbox live membership. What a joke....this could take 2 weeks because u want the faulty goods back! Not at all happy with this. U should allow customers to pick up things like this from a store in the local area or send one out first and if faulty one not returned within 30 days then a charge applied! What a joke!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
