Family/Individual timer settings

The official xbox page on family settings states that amoung other things you can use family settings to control  "How long each family member can use the console on a daily or weekly basis." Unfortunately it only tells you how to set up timer controls for the console not for individuals, and no where have I seen any indication that it is possible to set up individual time limits (control individuals access to different rated matter sure but not the time they spend on the console.

So my question is it possible to set time limits for individual family members or is this a bogus claim by Microsoft?

Seems like the family timer is for Each person - but is for all child accounts on the plan.

If they could make individual time limits available it would be great!
