Family plan/Banned issue

Well my issue is that the credit card I had or still have on my account. I never use and it is overbalance so since it was xbox banned my account. But I was happy when I saw the family plan thing so I bought the family plan on a different account and added my banned account thinking it would get me unbanned. because It by rights has a payment method "Family Plan". But it seems that it is still banned and i was going to go on my xbox and go to subscriptions and select it. But since i don't have a sub atm i can't. So what i'm asking how can I like maybe take my old card off my account or just get the family plan selected on my account?

You need to call xbox support to deal with your billing suspension. If you are in the USA it is 1-800-4my-xbox.
