Family Plan

Yesterday, I logged onto Xbox Live after I have been having issues connecting to it, and it seems that my Gold Family Plan has vanished. I had purchased the plan back in June, and I had bought it for a full year, so I know that it hasn't expired. Anything I can do to get it back?

EDIT - I figured this was the best section to post it in. If it is not, please move this to where it needs to be.

Does this link live.xbox.com/.../familycenter work for you? If it does then you still have your plan.
