Family Plan and terms of service

We had a family plan a year and a half or more and all four accounts were adult accounts but we all had to verify through my husbands account. Well after that  year was up we all purchased gold cards and added them to our accounts. Well everything seemed ok until this new terms of service and now it wants us all to verify through my husbands email and password.  We are clueless as to why this happened since we have had individual accounts for a long while now. How do we get my husbands credentials off of all of the accounts that were on the family plan?

It seems that this is an issue with the Xbox LIVE service and perhaps a weird glitch with family gold pack accounts being converted to individual memberships. You can try to contact Xbox Support via phone to see if there is a current solution to this matter. You should be able to reach them by visiting this link here.
