Family Pack----one member says "free" membership and that profile isn't able to play---Help Please!

I just bought the family pack a few days ago, and right now there are three of us on there; I can play online and one of my sons, but the other's profile says that his is not able to play online....????  His profile, instead of saying "gold", says free.... I have gone to family settings, console safety settings, etc., and I still can't figure out why it is not allowing him to play!  Please, help me!  Thanks so much!  ;-)

Are you sure you are on a family plan? First if you know the login an password delete the profile only and recover the gamer tag

Or clear system cache

Goto my xbox and accounts does it say family plan

I used the same console for all of it...created the family plan, profiles, etc.   but there is still no "family center" on it.....strange......

I don't know why, but I do not have a family center on my profile.....I'm the primary account holder so now I'm really confused.....

you need to add him via the family center

recover his account on the master console and goto the family center to add
