Family Pack not able to play DLC

Recently my new Xbox Slim went on the fritz (sending in for repairs) I have 2 accounts on that console and both are able to play any games that I have on it including downloadable content (DLC).

I unpacked my 5 year old xbox, recovered my primary account, downloaded the map packs for my games and then recovered the second account. Now my second account cannot play any of the DLC. How can I regain access for the 2nd account to play DLC?

Try doing a DRM transfer. This should allow your second profile and any other profile to use the content on your 5 year old console. http://www.xbox.com/drm

Also as a side note, you can do the transfer once every 3 months, so if you get an error message, I would reccomend calling phone support.

It's a licensing issue. Since you're not on the console that downloaded the content the license will only work for your account. You can transfer the licenses to the console you're using now, but it will do the same thing once you get your console back. You can transfer licenses once every 4 months. http://xbox.com/drm
