Family Pack dissolved my account into free instead of gold

the subject says it all. I tried getting onto my xbox about 30 or so minutes ago knowing that the family plan that my brother has me on dissolved but was paid off until december and im just wondering was there any issue with the family pack accounts dissolving or is it just me. this really is an issue as i have no money at the moment to pay for a gold account so maybe someone here can help me.

Family packs were no longer supportive as of Aug. 27 and because of that, accounts on a Family Plan will be turning individual gold accounts. The reason why your account is free is unknown. You can contact Xbox through these numbers. Here are their working hours as well. Ask them your situation and they will be glad to help you out.

Hi, you're showing as a gold member here on the forums at least. Any remaining time left on the family pack should have been given to each family pack member plus an extra three months as a kind of bonus. Try running the Xbox Live connection test on the console your profile is on that may just refresh your account details.

To run the test, settings, system, network settings, select your network connection and run the test. If that doesn't work then try deleting and downloading your profile again. Maybe even clear the system cache while you're at it.
