Family pack conversion.

i got an email indicating that my family pack wil be converted into individual accounts on the 27th. it has not yet happened. my family gold pack expires on the 8th of this month. when is it suppost to convert? will there be a gap in my xbox live gold status? i requested a call and when i was talking to the xbox live support agent, he hung up on me. i did not say anything mean or get mad, nothing. i just asked when the 3 months will be added and when the conversion will happen. he said that since i have stopped the auto renew, that i will not get what microsoft promised me if the conversion does not happen before the 8th. what is going to happen to my account??? will i still get the 3 months i was promised on all 4 accounts??
