Family Gold Limbo Hell

So we got the Family Gold Pack for our two accounts, and realized afterwards that it wasn't really going to be ideal setup, and it didn't really work anyway.  So we canceled it on the primary account.  Problem is, this account seems to think it is simultaneously both not a Gold account and a Family account at the same time.  Meaning, on the primary, it does not show any Family Center.  On this account, it shows up with the Family Center and shows the old primary account there as a regular Gold and this one as a Gold Family (a secondary).  I have no option to leave the Family under account management.  When I try to add a prepaid Gold code to the account, it tells me that only the primary account can do this.  Logging on to the website here, it shows this as a Gold Family Member, but when I go to accounts, I just get errors when I try to change anything.

I also cannot join parties online or join my friends in any games.  Just either gives and error or doesn't do anything at all.

Try calling up phone support to see if then can make your account show it's proper Gold status.
