Family Center Reports

I have 3 of my kids with Gold Accounts in family Center.     I can get activity reports for two of them (and myself) but not the 3rd.

The 3rd account only reports "No activities" when I know he's been playing.

Any thoughts?

so i followed the suggested links and the answer is nowhere to be found.

any other suggestions? I have the exact same issue.........can see reports for all except one person.......its actually the one person I really want to see reports for as well

I would like to say that your child might be playing offline and so it start poping as no activity or s/he might be playing with another of your childs accounts instead of theres.
