Family Center Reports

I Just started to review the reports through the family center. I have a family membership and when I click each child's name and choose reports it shows no activity for the current week we are in. Is this because it is always one week behind? And the reports also seem to be missing activity on certain days in which I know there was activity. What could be the cause of this problem and how could  I fix it? Thanks

Hi Dink! Sorry to hear about your family center troubles. When you view the reports, does it show activity for the week prior? Also, the days that seem incomplete, is it the same content that is missing each time, or does it seem random? Let us know, thanks!
