After calling to remove an old credit card and buying a 12month gold card I was still being charged under my old cancelled card and the new gold card was missing from the live system. We had screen approval of our card. You say you have no record of conversation June 30th but you took a new visa card that day to pay oweing for cancelled card. Your agent waited on phone with me for my 12month gold card approval. You have no record. All I have is my receipt proving I purchased. You will not help us. My son is devastated. He can no longer message his friends. You already received my 60 dollars . If you have lost or had a glitch in your system with this I can't trust you would not lose it again. I will not buy more xbox points cards or live cards. In 6 months we spent 1000.00 on xbox. In the next 6 months I will spend zero if you do not fix our live account.
