Failed to load saved data

"Failed to load saved data" every time I go into a game on my xbox one games library this message pops up or a similar one. I can't get past the loading screen no matter what. It happens with all my games, whether it is hard copies or downloaded to the console. i have tried clearing the cache by holding in the power button but it doesn't solve anything. Please help as I do not want tot format because i will lose lots of games and data. I can't phone someone in support as I live in South Africa and it says i need to enter a valid phone number for them to phone me.

Think a factory reset is your only option.

As long as you've been connected to live you wont lose any save data as it's all stored on the cloud servers.

Obviously you would have to re install/download your games though.

Try a hard reset first by holding down the power button until the console turns off & then unplug it for 5 minutes.

Then plug it in & restart it.

Are you trying to contact support for the right region? South Africa has a phone number for official support.

I have the same problem only my store and community have vanished there just blank and my apps have gone also it keeps saying could be a temperary problem but gone 3 days now any help would help alot?
