Failed to Cancel Automatic Renewall

Hey there,

I haven't had an Xbox 360 for awhile now, but when I did I purchased Xbox live for 12 months. About eight months ago I cancelled it via my old Xbox 360, and I saw that it confirmed it, but 4 months later it has told me I have been billed for another 12 months? I don't even own an Xbox 360 and now have to pay for an automatic renewal I believed I cancelled a long time ago when Xbox Support and the cancelling of automatic renewal was such a different process. So, I was wondering if I have to waste this money that is close to $100, or I can get my membership cancelled and refunded?
