facturering geblokeerd HELP!

hallo

ik heb vandaag een bestelling gedaan bij xboxlivekaarten.nl en heb daar 12 maanden xbox live gekocht nou is het probleem dat mijn facturering geblokkeerd is *** kan ik dit verhelpen? ik heb al geprobeerd om mijn account te delete en op nieuw te downloaden toen deed die het ook niet 

hoop dat een van jullie mij kan helpen!!!

We don't give support for purchases from third-party websites here, but if you did receive what is indeed a working Xbox Live code, then you should be able to add it to your account. I would try calling Xbox support and explaining the situation, and maybe giving them your code and have them add it to your account.
