Hello support! My first xbox one was a grinder. I returned it to Amazon and they promptly sent a replacement. They told me to replace the bad console and send it back. Now when I go to the Xbox Online Service Center, it has a different kinect serial number
which was tied to the replacement console. It won't let me add the kinect serial number for the one I have from the 1st console. Is there any way I can get this fixed?
