Extended Service Plan (ESP) Problem

Hi

I just bought an ESP and received a confirmation email but it hasn't updated my device manager which still states that my standard warranty will expire sometime next year.

The card has definitely been charged as there is a standing order of £73 but that's about it.

Just wanted to know if this is the same for everyone else?

Just updated itself and new expiration date is Feb 2017. Took a good few hours but it did work itself out in the end.
