Expedited Shipping is A Rip-off!!!!

So my Xbox 360 had to be repaired I paid extra for expedited shipping, I sent it on Monday 2:00pm it got there Wed. afternoon. Great, not the problem. I get an email at 7:00am the next Mon. saying my 360 would be shipped and I would recieve a tracking number. I never got a tracking number, so on Wed I live chatted with support and they gave me the tracking mumber. Only thing was the tracking number was invalid. So thursday I chatted with support again they said that happens sometimes but that my 360 had been shipped on Mon. So now its Fri.4:10 pm and I try and track the pakage and guess what it worked but it says it was just picked up from the service center at 12:00am Thurs. and that it would be here on Mon. So it takes 7 days to get from Tx to Ok apparently, its bad enough that this is the 4th 360 to have to be repaired.

Sorry to hear that. There really isn't much you can do about it. It's the carrier that's taking their sweet old time to get the package to you. I understand it probably is very annoying, but there's not much that can be done. If you know the carrier, you can probably contact them and ask why it's taking so long.

Just to give an update I did finally get my xbox and it was not the carriers fault, it was xbox's they said they were re-tooling some things in shipping and it got overlooked. Also my package was not shipped back expedited like I had paid for. But after e-mailing Xbox Global Escalation Support about it, to my surprise they refunded the full amount of the service.  Wonderful to see that Xbox is committed to pleasing the customer. Job we'll done support.
