Everything is broken and I've lost hope

I've been having problems for about a month now and I'm incredibly fed up with it all. I can't get compatibility packs for games "status code 80072746" which means I can't play with friends. I also can't get stuff on the market place or browse "status code 8C230002" which means I can't take advantage of the 50% off some add-ons that I'd really like to get. And I can't even access my account stuff "status code 80072746-00b96084-1ed9e66e". No one so far has been able to give useful or even relevant information and I'm really getting tired of not being able to do anything. I just don't want to be paying for something that doesn't work. Does anyone have actual helpful info?

Hey there Pyro! It sounds like your issues are centered around purchasing and/or downloading from the Marketplace. Can you browse into your storage device and, under the system items folder, find the Marketplace Cache file. Delete that, then clear the system cache, and restart the console. See if that has any effect.

Also, can you please ensure that all the information you have on https://commerce.microsoft.com is current and correct (name, address, region) and that any payment methods you have on file have the same information. Let us know how that goes, thanks!

That's strange...

Have you tried deleting your profile and redownloading it, in order to possibly remove some errors?

Remember to delete the PROFILE only, NOT the content.

I have tried that before and I just tried it again but it didn't work. All the information is correct

I have already looked at that first link and my settings are not what is blocking the content. And that second link looks like its referring to saving to cloud storage which I never do, I always save to hard drive or flash drive. And it never even starts a download the message pop up immediately when I click on the content
