Error with profile data! Please help!

I am not able to sign in to my xbox profile anymore on Saturday the 13th. When I tried signing in it gave me a menu telling me to sign in with messenger for security reasons which it has never done before. When I enter everything in and get to the final screen it gives me an error message telling me that it is either an invalid account or I don't have membership. I know I have membership because I was playing on Friday and just recently bought a 12 month card and redeemed it. I also know the account is valid because this is the account I tried signing in on. So I cleared my cache 3 times, deleted all corrupt files, and reset title updates but it still wouldn't let me sign in. So I deleted my profile and tried re downloading it but it says error unable to download profiles right now error code 80151011. I know I have Internet connection so why am I getting this? Please help!

Try out these steps posted by one of our awesome Ambassadors, Taidara:

If you haven’t already, start by adding security proofs like phone numbers, alternate email addresses, and security questions and answers to your Microsoft account. This information is crucial to ensure that your account is well protected and meets the security standars that Microsoft now provides.

When this information has been added and updated, we can now start focus on the next steps, delete your profile, clear system cache and finally, recover your profile from LIVE.

How to delete Xbox LIVE profile safely

  1. Go to Settings, and then select System.
  2. Select Storage.
  3. Select All Devices.
  4. Select Gamer Profiles.
  5. Select the gamertag that you want to delete.
  6. Select Delete.
  7. Select Delete Profile Only. This deletes the profile but leaves saved games and achievements.

Clear Xbox system cache 
 

  1. Press the Guide button on your controller, go to Settings, and select System Settings.
  2. Select Storage or Memory.
  3. Highlight any storage device, and then press Y on your controller.
  4. Select Clear System Cache.
  5. Important: Clear your Xbox system cache 3 times in row.

Restart your console.

Download Xbox LIVE profile.

  1. Press the Xbox Guide button on your controller (large X button in the center of your controller).
  2. Select Download Profile.
  3. Enter the Microsoft account associated with your Xbox LIVE gamertag.
  4. Enter your Microsoft account password.

Ok I verified the proofs and did everything you listed but when I try re downloading my profile it says

Sorry. Xbox LIVE profiles cant be downloaded right now. Try again later.

Can you tell us if you can connect properly to LIVE by running a connection test.

Restart your console. Go to network settings and select your connection type and select Test Xbox LIVE Connection.

Did you have any problems when you cleared your Xbox system cache?

I have full connectivity and there weren't any problems with clearing the cache

Hey again German! I know some of the Xbox LIVE service issues persisted into yesterday. Can you try clearing your cache/downloading your profile again and see if it works properly now? If it doesn't, then we'll go from there. ^_^
