Error when trying to upgrade to xbox gold

Wanting to upgrade to XBOX live to trial the new FOXTEL TV via XBOX.

selected GOLD 1 month
pressed next and then this error appears

Same happens from home pc, and an error message also appears if I go through the XBOX console.

What's the status code that you get when you try to purchase it through the console? It will usually say something like can't retrieve information from xbox live.

So now I looked up "80190126" in the forums (online) and have my answer - Paypal account.   Removed Paypal account and  added a credit card instead and works fine.

So much simpler if the error code was displayed when online and not just in the console.   Thanks Paperjoex2.
