My son just got a Xbox One and activated the 14-day trial of Live with his Live-account.
To be able to chat and play multiplayer One says I have to change security settings. Then I went to my laptop, logged on with my Live-id (our accounts seems connected as parent/child)
But I cannot go to the securitysettings or Xbox One security for Children. I get a page that in Swedish says something like "Oops...you seems to have found an error"....req: EWUTGfSO7cfl0QZ4Tri4vr5th/5WPlzlV2xuyVyzOCY= and then Another number as well....
What is wrong?
