Alright, so it seems to be that you are trying to use Netflix with your hotmail account, correct? Well, the only way to get this issue fixed is that you have a account which has Gold on it. Netflix is a application where only people with Gold and have
a active membership with Netflix. (Unless you are starting your free 1 month trial.)
