Hi,

I have the same error...I already posted in another topic,  and I'm thinking it's an Xbox Live problem cause I did everything to try to restore it...the strange thing is that all the other equipment go online without problems...if you look at the X line in the status, the report 0000 means that your router is not communicating with your console....

Did this solve your problem?

Sorry this didn't help.

The Error Status Report is meaningless to pretty much everyone here because we don't have access to Microsoft's databse of status codes.  What's actually happening?

Thanks for posting back, Foreign! Let's try having you use a public DNS and see if you are able to connect. Here are the steps:

1. Press the Guide button on your controller, go to Settings, and then select System Settings.

2. Select Network Settings.

3. Select Wired Network or the name of your wireless network, if you are prompted to do so.

4. Select Configure Network.

5. On the Basic Settings tab, select DNS Settings.

6. Select Manual.

7. Select Primary DNS Server.

8. Enter 4.2.2.1, then select Done.

9. Select Secondary DNS Server.

10. Enter 4.2.2.2, then select Done.

11. Select Done again.

12. Press the B button on your controller, and then select Test Xbox LIVE Connection.

*Make sure you disable Port Forwarding and leave UPnP enabled.

Give it a shot and let me know how it goes! Standing by.

What's the actual error message you're getting?  There's no point in giving troubleshooting steps when we don't even know what is happening.
