My friend and I have been trying to play on the Xbox 360 together but it just will not work.
This is the error message I am getting after Testing my Xbox Live Connection:

State - New Jersey
Modem/Router Brand - Technicolor From Xfinity
Wireless Adapter Color - Black
Xbox 360 - The old white one
Internet Service Provider - Comcast/Xfinity
We have tried(Meaning each of us at our own home):
Redownloading my profile
Clearing System Cache
What happens is that we try to get into a party together and when I join my friend's party it kicks me out and when my friend joins my party it signs him out. When my friend tested his connection to Xbox Live it was fine. But when I tested my Xbox Live Connection I got that Error Status Report. When me or him try and playing with his cousin in PA we are able to connect fine. When both of us get involved in even the game (GTA V) it kicks us both out or signs us out. This has been going on for almost 2 weeks now and we seriously do not know what to do. We got sent here by an ambassador.
