Can you run a connection test to Xbox LIVE and let us know if you're getting any error code or message. Go to system settings and select network settings. Select your connection type. Select Test Xbox LIVE connection and tell us the outcome. Thank you!

No error codes at all. I was on the phone for about 3 hours with my ISP and they couldn't figure out what was wrong. All I am getting is the status.

Did you fail to connect anywhere between your console and Xbox LIVE? Or does your network status shows that you are connected? If you try sign in to LIVE do you get an error code then?

It keeps saying there is a problem with my connection but my provider says there is nothing wrong.

The connection fails between my network and the internet then I get the status posted above. It has only been a problem since Saturday when live went down.

Actually, I suggest calling up support for Xbox. They can help you out better seeing as this is an Xbox related issue. They are experts, and if they find your issue is ISP related, they will call with you to explain the situation.
