Error recovering account.

It wont let me recover my account because it says "Xbox LIVE signup is currently unavailable. Please try again later." and I've been trying for almost a week now. What do I do so I can get it back?

How are you connected to LIVE, wired or wirelessly? Are you able to recover any other profiles? Are you able to recover your profile to other Xboxes?

I am having this issue as well. When trying to access my account on this website I keep getting an error on this site as well so that leads me to believe it's not my connection issue.

Having the same problem and I am able to recover other profiles, just not mine. And my profiles shows up perfectly on this website, so I know it still exists. Where is it?
