Error on change account region to Brazil

Hi,

I`m a customer from Brazil..
My live account was initially registered at Xbox Live from EUA a few years ago. 
Now i`ve bought an Xbox One, and I can`t get my account moved to Brazil Live. The Xbox Music, Videos, etc, keeps my showing that my account i`snt in correct region.

I`m already tried to follow the instructions on Xbox Support Page (https://live.xbox.com/AccountMigration) to change my region, but it`s giving me an error saying: There’s a problem completing your move right now. Please check the Region Change Support Page to make sure it will work for you, and try again later. 

How can I move my account?

Really sorry to hear you're having issues with your account.

For this particular issue, I would recommend getting in touch with your local Phone Support as they will be best equipped to look into your account with you and work on sorting things out.

hi, I live in Brazil bought my subscription to xbox live gold, signed on 6/6/2014 today is 7/6/2014 and has not yet reached the pre paid card how long it will take?
