Error Message 'Unpaid Live'?

I recently bought a 3 month membership until the 1st of April. Just now i have recieved a message saying that my billing information is wrong. i went through all the details and found my faults. 

Does anyone know how to fix this? I cant get back online and i have a active membership...

If you can't fix it yourself through the billing site, you will need to call support to talk to billing directly so they can help you get it sorted out. 1-800-4my-xbox if you're int he US/Canada.

Have you checked all the info, payment acct + other is current, at http://commerce.microsoft.com ?

 

If so, suggest you contact a Billing Agent. You can choose Option 1 after finding your country's support line: See http://tinyurl.com/XBLnumbers ...

 

but a faster way to speak to a Billing Agent is to go to http://xbox.com - sign in there if you can - then go to support.xbox.com/contact-us

 

Click on Request A Call and type in a few lines explaining your issue and you will get called back quicker than if you waited in queue on hold.

The easiest way is to head to billing.microsoft.com and log in with your xbox live account details and update your billing information from there, if that doesnt work, can I suggest that you contact your bank that you are using to pay for xbox live and check if they have blocked Microsoft from taking money from your account.
