When attempting to access the Account Management page on the Xbox website, I receive the error message above.
Also, due to the recent cancellation of the Xbox Gold Family Plan, I and my linked family accounts, are no longer able to connect to Xbox Live. It gives an error message about renewing payment options, which should not appear as the subscription renewed in February, before the cancellation. If my understanding is correct, my linked accounts should have a year in Gold before being removed and back to Silver.
