The error code appeared after last updated.

Please confirm if have at least 1 alternate email, 1 Mobile Phone and Secret Question as security proofs in your Microsoft Account (Before Called Windows Live ID)
* I recommend 2 alternate Email, 1 Mobile Phone and Secret Question.
