Error code 80190376 help!

I cannot download anything from the marketplace or manage my payment options... error code 80190376, also can't log onto xbox.com as it says 'uh oh... that shouldn't of happened' 'found a glitch' i have tried to change my payment options on commerce.microsoft.com but i cannot get them to call me as i am based in the uk, I have no outstanding payments in my account. I have recently changed my Microsoft account linked with my GT (JON 9414) which i think is the cause of the problem... but I am now missing out on free games and downloads that i want... can anybody help? please

You may want to call xbox an speak with billing to chamge your payment. Option if you cant do. It online or your xbox just another avenue you can take they can fix your problem straight away

This happened to me yesterday after I changed my main gamertag's email.. Xbox support told to wait for the Advocacy team to contact me.

Please update me if you find any solution to this issue..

Hii, happened about a week ago for me, really annoying. I have made a couple of threads an have had not much luck! I read it was something to do with the MSP change over between our emails. But i have had no real support or advice apart from the commerce.microsoft which does not work for me because i am from the UK. All i want to do is spend some more money on xbox marketplace and xbox are stopping me... Haha. Any news on the Advocacy team?

I don't live in the US too, but my account and xbox 360 and everything is all US.

I dunno I think they'll contact me thru emails, the support team told to wait for like 8-20 days until the advocacy team contact me. So I'm waiting...

Good luck. I've had this issue since July and still no resolution. I'd told my story countless times to MS reps via phone and email and I'm still nowhere from when this started.
