Error code 80169D94

Hello !

Yesterday I try to enter my second redeem code. 3 month ago I bought my xbox and I enter my first 3 month redeem code, but now I cannot enter because I'm take that error  " 80169D94 "


Then I close my console and try to enter redeem code on but still doesnt work, I cannot use my redeem code.


Can someone help me please?
