error code 8015d003/password problems

So after a recent update the xbox required me to put in my email and password to use my account. I made that account ages ago and I dont remember the password, nor do I own the email anymore. Ive submitted several of those form things with the credit card number, the security question, all right on it. I figured I would attempt guessing but everytime I do it on the xbox I get this error code (8015d003) so I dont even know if Im right. Also the password is pre-filled so Im half hoping maybe its the correct one... anyways I figured since my console wont let me start the guessing game Id go on the computer and start guessing. The first time I tried it said I guessed too many times and Id have to fill out one of those capcha things. Tedious but okay, so I continued and after only like 3 attempts it locked me out. Im out of ideas how to get into my account or prove Im the owner. I wish when it told me my form was denied it would tell me what I got wrong so I can fix it.

i have the same problem i cant remember my password now i cant use xbox live gold and im paying monthly for nothing but i cant stop the payment what the hell is goin on
