My son tried to logon to his xbox last night but the error code 8015D003 came up. I checked on the help section of the microsoft page and did all the things suggested 9which was what I've seen advised on here in other posts) but no luck. In desparation I rang their very expensive help line cost about 30 quid :( only to be asked to bear with me, while she finished eating something and then asked to redo all the things I had already done, although I had said we had already done all these things.
Anyway the upshot is I'm £30+ down and still haven't managed to get into live account. is there anything that you could suggest I try please or is there a cheaper way of contacting microsoft please.
