Error code 8015d003

I currently have a Family Gold membership. On the account are myself and my two sons. One of my son's, Fireball4250, is locked out per this code. I've read all the other threads relating to this subject and have tried them all without any resolve. When we try a password reset with the option to send a reset link to his email, the message never comes...but he still gets Xbox Live Rewards emails, billing emails, and all the other Microsoft Xbox Live messages. I need some 1:1 help....with tech support on the phone...talking with someone while I'm in front of the console with my laptop. Please help.
