Error code 8015D002

I'm having a problem with my log in, everytime i log in i get Error 8015D002 and I know my username and my password, my password has 8 charaters in total and i just reset it about 2 weeks ago and im not planing on changing my password any time soon, I believe im having the same problem as Ra1ynst0rm

that error code means the account doesn't exist.

try moving, deleting, reloading you account on to that xbox.

if that doesn't work clear your system cache.

1. Press the Guide button on your controller, select Settings, and then select System Settings.

2. Select Storage or Memory.

3. Highlight any storage device, and then press Y on your controller.

(It doesn't matter which storage device you select; the cache will be cleared for all storage devices.)

4.Select Clear System Cache.

5. When prompted to confirm storage device maintenance, select Yes.
