Error code 8015190E

Ive been having this problem for over a month now. Some times when I get onto xbox it connects perfectly but then then it won't connect for a week. I've tried every suggestion to fix it I can find and am just about ready to give up on xbox all together.

If Wireless, are you using a white or black external adapter, or an internal (Xbox 360S) adapter? Internal
Things you have tried: everything I can find
Is UPnP Enabled? Yes/no/Unknown tried with on, tried with off
Do you have a NAT error? If so, what is your NAT type? Sometimes moderate, but i cant even find out anymore
